Hello there, I've seen your post on serverfault, where you said " I'm using Nginx->Varnish->uWSGI->Django ". Can you please recommand me a blogging platform which uses Django ( one that you liked most ) ? I want to use the same scheme as you. And a second dumb question : are there any major performance improvements ( more speed, less resources ) in this scheme regarding others ? Kindly thanks.

I’ll recommend to create your own blogging platform with django focused on your only needs and infrastructure(but you can checkout some ready blogging apps here with listed features). For caching you also can use memcached with built in django caching framework or via some caching app like django-cacheops and others. Performance for memcached vs varnish is not so big difference. depends on what you liked more as well as which one you know better and used to before.

P.S. If you talking about performance of nginx-uwsgi vs apache-mod_wsgi then nginx+uwsgi much faster, while varnish vs memcached not so big difference.
